Executive Function Coaching to help your student succeed with confidence!
Develop your student’s cognitive processes required for organization, time management, planning, task initiation, sustained attention, and more!
Executive functions must be explicitly taught, practiced often, and coached regularly.
Executive function skills help students shift between the big picture and the small details needed to reach their goals. In today’s fast paced, tech- driven world, students juggle more than ever and must manage information efficiently. Success depends less on IQ and more on mastering skills like goal setting, self-monitoring, working memory and flexibility. This allows students to work smarter, not harder!
Executive Function Coaching Plan Includes:
Executive Function Intake: An initial session gathering information on your student’s strengths and weaknesses, used to create an individualized coaching plan supporting their specific needs.
Coaching Sessions: Packages of 8 or 12 one-on-one sessions, each lasting 50 minutes and offered in person or virtually. Group rates are also available.

Julie is amazing! She takes the time to get to know every student and their strengths and struggles. She uses each student’s unique qualities and characteristics to create a prescriptive plan to best meet the student’s needs, all within a positive and uplifting environment!
As a highly experienced educator with an extensive background in educational testing and accommodations, Julie provides individualized and diagnostic insight to the parents, as well as the classroom teacher, as to what a child’s needs are and how to effectively address those needs with the child’s full potential in mind. Julie is a trustworthy and ideal mediator for the parent-teacher-child partnership.
Julie was professional and very accommodating. When your child goes through years of struggling in school, it can be really hard on his/her self esteem . Julie took the time to walk us through the entire process of getting our child’s 504 plan into action. The process was new for us, so it was overwhelming, but Julie was there to answer questions and support us through the entire thing. We are so thankful for her and we feel blessed. She has been a fierce advocate for our son. We couldn’t have walked through that process without her.
I will give a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ++ review!
Julie Black is the only person my son went to for help that he didn’t kick and scream about going. She is in each student's court to love them and encourage them. It makes a HUGE difference. My son is excited about college and figuring out where he wants to go and now has his confidence back that he can get there and has lots of choices! Julie was truly a Godsend to us!!!

She is an expert in her field and will help your child positively navigate their academic journey.
Julie helped us tremendously in connecting our daughter to a myriad of resources including dyslexia therapy, occupational therapy, play therapy and vision therapy. With her help, our daughter went from a struggling second grader to a thriving third grader!
